What is it and how can it help?
For the majority of my clients I use an integrative approach to massage therapy that reads your body, and tells me what pressures and massage tactics will provide the best results.

I’m Lauren Small, a passionate healthcare professional with a unique journey. In 2017, I graduated from PIMA Institute of Technology, achieving an associates in occupational science and earning the title of a certified occupational therapy assistant. Through this foundation, I developed a strong understanding of rehabilitative practices and the human body. My fascination with manual therapy grew, leading me to further pursuits. In 2019, I completed my studies at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, obtaining a license as a massage therapist. The world of manual therapy opened doors for me, but my true focus emerged when I delved into the intricacies of the lymphatic system.
